Last night I made some seafood alfredo for dinner in honor of Mary's new job. It was first time I ever made alfredo, turned out pretty good. Next time I will just add the seafood on top of the noodles and not mix it in the alfredo sauce. A couple of our friends came over to enjoy the feast.
The next dish that I want to try making is this dish I saw on the food network. It was salmon on puff bread, with a little pesto sause and tomato. It looked really good and easy to make.

if you ever make chicken alfredo, finish cooking the chicken in alfredo sauce after browning them on the outside. even better, saute some mushrooms and mix in everything - along with the 'shroom juice - in the alfredo.
and u better invite me for that salmon...
